After pleading guilty to felony driving under the influence of alcohol, I.C. Â§Â§ 18-8004, -8005(3), but before sentencing, Harold Litz filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea. The district court denied the motion, rejecting Litzs contention that the state had breached the plea agreement. Following entry of a judgment of conviction, Litz appeals, contending that the court abused its discretion by refusing to allow withdrawal of the plea. We affirm.
